We had an excellent experience with this company and can’t recommend them highly enough. They initially completed our gutter installation, and the quality of the work was outstanding. During that project, they also helped us assessed and address several small issues around the house at no additional cost, which truly demonstrated their professionalism and integrity. Later on, we experienced a leak inside our home with heavy rain (unrelated to the gutters). We suspected it might be related to the roofing or a vent and reached out to them because of the trust we had in their workmanship. Even though they were very busy, they went out of their way to come take a look and resolved the issue in about 15 minutes. Their efficiency, expertise, and willingness to help were truly impressive. Thomas and Sheldon addressed a gutter alignment issue, added an extra downspout , colour matching,ordering and installation all done inspite of Xmas and New Years holidays. Thomas kept me up todate throughout this process, Sheldon delivered in spite of the weather being absolutely miserable. 5 STARS!
Allpro just completed replacing all gutters and downpipes on our 9 unit/3 story townhouse. The entire job from start to finish was outstanding. Thomas, Sheldon and crew did an amazing job on our gutters in Brentwood Bay. They went above and beyond in addressing some roofing issues. They installed all of our gutters in one day, cleaned up after they left for a reasonable price.
